Bar Brusk is part of the art gallery, but also part of the city. We’re here for everyone. From near or far. For students and families, for neighbors and colleagues of all ages, from 0 to 99. For those that are here to admire art or just to celebrate the day.
Stay as long as you want. Because good food doesn’t like to be rushed.

At our buffet, you’ll find colourful dishes made with fresh local produce. The selection changes with the seasons and is complemented by carefully chosen specials. So there is always something to look forward to. Whether you stay for a while or just drop in briefly, there’s something waiting for you at any time of day. A refreshing drink, a quick bite, a plate to enjoy at leisure, a good coffee or something sweet.

Just thirsty? You’re also welcome at Bar Brusk. Cosy indoors or on our sunny terrace. Just like at the buffet, there is plenty of choice at the bar as well. From locally roasted coffee and a good glass of wine to refreshing aperitifs, homemade lemonades and surprising beers. Something for everyone.
