General Terms and Conditions for online ticket sales
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros. For the purchase of products, the price at the moment of ordering shall always apply. Prices listed on our website and in our printed material are always subject to typing and printing errors.
The ordered items must be paid immediately. The following payment methods are accepted online depending on the country: Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, AliPay, American Express, Bank Payment, Carte Bancaire, Diners, Disover, EPS, ExpressPay, GiroPay, IDEAL, JCB, Local Polish Payment Methods, Multibanco, Pay later with Klarna, Payconiq, Trustly, Visa Dankort, Vpay, WeChatPay.
The user agrees to supply the correct details that are required to complete the order. The person who makes the purchase is considered to be the only purchaser. They alone are linked to the payment, even when the tickets are intended for a third party.
Musea Brugge has the right to refuse or cancel the order if there are serious indications of fraud and/or overdue payments.
Tickets and check-in
Upon payment, an e-ticket with a unique QR code will be sent to the email address provided by the user. The e-ticket is valid for the period stated on the ticket and can only be used once. Tickets are only supplied in electronic format. Musea Brugge is not responsible for the loss or theft of e-tickets.
On the day of the visit, e-tickets will be checked. Musea Brugge has the right to ask to see a valid and official proof (of identity) when discounted e-tickets have been purchased. If the visitor is unable to submit evidence thereof, the difference between the discounted price and the standard price will be charged before the visitor can obtain a valid admission ticket.
Cancellation and amendment conditions
An e-ticket cannot be amended, exchanged or cancelled. Following receipt of e-tickets, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. Musea Brugge will not provide compensation in the event of loss or theft of pre-purchased tickets.
If the visit cannot take place on the scheduled day and time due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Musea Brugge will first try to find a suitable alternative time for the visit.
