On foot
- The Bruges train station is a 1.5 km walk (20 minutes) from BRUSK.
- The bus stop and underground parking at 't Zand are a 750 m walk (10 minutes) from BRUSK.

By bike
BRUSK is easily accessible by bike. You can park your bike in
- The bike rack at the entrance Dijver 12 or on the streets Eekhoutstraat or Garenmarkt.
- The bike parking on Market Square or at 't Zand.

By bus
Take the centre shuttle bus or De Lijn bus 1 (west-east) or 2 (north-south). Plan your route via the De Lijn website or the centre shuttle bus.
- Nearest bus stop: 502817 Bruges Dijver
- On return to the station, the nearest bus stop is at ‘t Zand.
All De Lijn buses and the centre shuttle bus are wheelchair-accessible.

By train
- The Bruges train station is a 1.5 km walk (20 minutes) from BRUSK.
- From the station, you can also take the bus (lines 1 and 2) or the centre shuttle bus to the Dijver stop.

By car
BRUSK does not have its own car park. You can park in:
- The paying car parks Oud Sint-Jan, Pandreitje, Katelijne, at the train station or below 't Zand
- The free park-and-rides on the outskirts of the city. From here, you can easily reach the center by public transport

Are you dropping someone off by car? There is a kiss-and-ride at Dijver 12.


Our open-access areas
The ground floor of BRUSK is freely accessible. You are welcome here even without an exhibition ticket. Stroll through the Scala, meet up, admire the fresco, or enjoy a drink at Bar Brusk.
Forum
The Forum is a spacious meeting place. Here you will find free lockers, gender-inclusive and wheelchair-accessible toilets, a changing table, a parent–child toilet, a baby feeding corner, a first aid room, free wheelchairs and toddler buggies lent out, ticket machines, an information desk, and a meeting point for groups.


Scala with fresco
The walls of the Scala, BRUSK’s central stairwell, are covered with a monumental four-part fresco: 'The Whispering Walls Rêve' (2026) by internationally renowned artist Laure Prouvost. Look, wander, and continually discover new meanings.
Museum shop
You can find a high-quality product range in the BRUSK museum shop. A mix of products inspired by the Groeninge Museum collection and the exhibitions at BRUSK, and unique creations in collaboration with artists, designers and other makers.


Bar Brusk
Grab a plate, help yourself to whatever you fancy, and settle into the spot of your choice. Think buffet, but actually delicious, with food that makes you smile. Seasonal, local and fairly priced. From coffee and breakfast, to lunch, cocktail hour and dinner.
