Tickets

  • Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office or online. Do you want to be sure of a visit? Then we recommend booking your tickets online.

    At the ticket office:

You can buy your tickets for BRUSK in BRUSK or at one of the locations of Musea Brugge.

    Online:

    Purchase your ticket easily online.

  • I am not getting confirmation of a ticket I purchased online.

We recommend that you check your junk e-mails first. Is your ticket not in your mailbox? Contact us at musea.reservatie@brugge.be or +32 50 44 87 43 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4pm).

If you visit us at weekends, you can report to the BRUSK ticket office, where the cashier can look up your tickets.

  • I want to arrive earlier or later than the start time on my ticket. Is that possible?

We do ask that you stick to the start time on your ticket. That way, we can always guarantee you a smooth and pleasant visit. Are you coming earlier or later anyway? If so, you may have to wait a while before you can enter BRUSK.

  • Can I cancel or rebook my ticket?

An online ticket or reservation cannot be changed, exchanged or cancelled. After receiving your online tickets, no further discounts will be granted afterwards either. You can find all the information on this in the visitor regulations.

  • What if BRUSK cannot open due to force majeure?

If you have a ticket but BRUSK needs to close unexpectedly due to force majeure, you will receive an e-mail with a voucher. You can use this voucher to buy a new admission ticket. The voucher is valid for three months.

This rule does not apply to the Musea Brugge Card.

  • How do I book a free online ticket or a discounted ticket?

Reserve your discounted or free admission ticket at our online ticket shop.

Report to the ticket office with your ticket and your discount card (museum pass, teachers' Klasse card, Musea Brugge Card, etc.) or proof of identity (for Bruges residents) to activate your ticket. Enjoy your visit.

Check here to see whether you can benefit from a discounted rate.
